When can Clownfish produce eggs? I have a female that is probably 2.25-2.5" and a male that's about 1.75-2" I've had them over 7 months at home but got them at 1.5". Not 100% sure of age? How long until they are able to produce fertilized eggs?
For a breeding set up do I need a sump on the tank? (Divided 30g long) planning on having multiple pairs.

At that size they wont be far off breeding provided they are safe.
Personally i would have a sump for live rock and then bare tanks with some piping for them to lay there eggs in. Have you thought about the fry after. I you had them on the same water supply with very low flow when you separate them it can also be easier . You can then turn of return to that tank and add a nice big air stones with bare bottom to make it easy to clean and top off from the system where tge pair are. Just some of the tricks i have seen people use. Also make sure you have a good supply of rotifers ready for feeding.

I do have a tank I will use for fry, and I want to move these clowns out of my reef and into their own breeding set up.

Moving it where. The people i have seen do it generally let the clowns mind the eggs and clean them. Being honest i have never breed marine fish so i can only give advise on some other breeders methods used. It will be very important to keep the parameters the exact same to the t.

Also do you have rottifiers ready for feeding the fry once hatched ? You will need a steady supply until they are big enough for food. Then maybe brine shrimp live then eventually vitamin enriched frozen foods

Just gotta build the section dividers. Tank is empty of the cichlids I had before. Gotta get lots of RO water

How are you going to section off ? Remember thr fry will be very small and can get to the other side very easy

I am gunna keep two pairs. I will make the dividers out of acrylic. Fry will be in a separate tank. Do I need acrylic silicon to keep these dividers in? It doesn't need to be water tight

If it only to split the clowns you could silicone it in. Also depends on how you are working filtration and flow weather you will need to drill the divider to allow circulation
