Should I try and do a freshwater dip?

You could, but that will only offer a temporary benefit if the issue is from flukes. Also, the fish may seem worse for a day or two after the dip, due to open sores that develop once the flukes drop off.

Is this breathing rate normal for clownfish? Seems fast. Everything else seems fine. But this is the first time they haven't eaten their food so I'm a little concerned.
If you start seeing something that looks like ick it might possibly be clowns disease instead. Brooklynella kills clowns the most. When mine had it it was breathing rapidly you can tell, it couldn’t swim right which looked like a swim bladder issue
