The idea was to pull out the black clown and leave the other in the tank. Did you pull the orange one?
Moving this clown back and forth will further stress it out
Semi-acclimate back to tank.
unless it’s breathing rapidly, don’t worry about adding air stone
Before medicating food, confirm it’s even interested in food. Reducing white light intensity will help the fish relax a little

I tried to get the black one out but he wasn't having it at all.. so I opted to remove the orange one. I know it wasn't ideal but I didn't want to be flinging a net around the tank for much longer as it was stressing the orange one out.

Okay, so acclimate back to tank and try to remove the black one?

Tank has been cycled since end of August, These two clowns were added in Mid-October.... both are captive bred. Current parameters are good for the most part. Nitrates are around 100 which I'm making water for a WC currently to tackle that.

Sid note I'm just wondering what do you have that you have all of your parameters at your finger tips like that kinda new to the saltwater thing lol

I don't think it it's looking too good.

It does not
Chasing with air bubbles won’t do anything
It is very stressed. Moving it out of tank was not helpful but understanding you are trying everything.

Okay, Good to see multiple thoughts... I have returned her to the display but as you hinted I think all the moving might have been too much for her. The black and white one is in jail right now. The lights are going down on the tank and I'll just have to hope she makes it through the night....
