Hi R2R

My local lfs just got some wild occy specimens from Indonesia. They are very large. Bigger than any I've ever seen in a home aquarium. Why do we never see them grow that big in our aquariums?

I myself have a 7 year old occelaris clown in a rsr625 well fed and very happy but cannot compare to these wild specimens.

Thanks!

As to my knowledge and from what i have read it is because wild ocellaris clowns realy like to get big and mature only in the natural habitat and if you compare wild and captive breed clowns you can see that captive breed dont have long fins as the wild clowns.
