Clownfish with infection?!

sorry hard to see with the angle of the picture. do you have a zoomed in view of the affected area?
Also, has the fish changed anything in behavior other than appearance?

Sorry I couldn’t get a better shot spent at least 20 min getting these, No he’s still eating like a mule and acting normal he an abrasion around his pectoral fin not actually on it and today I woke up and noticed the a white dot around the discoloration it’s starting to look bad

it does look discolored, do you have a QT tank you can isolate this guy so at least stop the spread if this is something?
You can try a freshwater dip first (no more than 5 min) using water of same pH, temp, to see if anything "drops out", if not then move on with medication

And I can see it forming on the other side too it looks like a brown crust almost
