So I found my clown very lethargic, just not wanting to move and breathing heavy. He's still aware and reacting to things but I feel like he's on his last legs. I've never seen anything like this before, but hopefully someone can help identify what these weird markings are.
(Some backstory as well is I tried to add a Molly by acclimaiting it overnight and strangely this started happening right after)

Sorry that I can't help with you clown fish, but as I understand it a molly from freshwater can't infect a saltwater fish because the parasites, etc, that it will carry will die in the saltwater. It's only a risk if you add one that was already in a saltwater tank, and then it's no different than any other fish.

It's ok, I heard the same thing, I just found it kind of strange it was happening at the same time

May be flukes. Somewhat clear and have that "hanging-off" look.
