Clownfish with white scrapes

One of my clownfish has white scrapes on each side of it. It seems like it's scrapes but they're white. What could it be? My two clownfish were best friends now one seems to hang out at the top while the other is at the bottom. I saw the other clown nip at this one once but other than that, that's it. Please help!

Better pictures would be nice. Your clownfish almost looks puffed up/swollen... But it looks like just aggression.
