what is the chance of getting 2 pairs of clowns in a 10g tank?
We have a young pair in there now and I crashed our 40lt so have the other pair in a breeder box in the 10g dt. It will be at least a week before I can put them back in the 40lt and I don’t want them couped up in such a tiny area for so long. The young pair go ‘visiting’ the pair in solitary and dancing beside them.

Ok, they will just have to deal with being in solitary for a while. I’m not sure the age of the pair from the 40lt but they would be older as the female is double the size of the male, where the young pair, the female isn’t much bigger at all

Not sure how long they will last with no aggression but sooner or later it will happen.

We had an emergency with fish fighting in our 300 gal and a tomini tang was injured really bad. We put it in a 10 cheap tank with bubbler for oxygen, a piece of pvc pipe and a heater. Put a grate over so he couldn’t jump and medicated with antibiotics for the wounds. Fish did well for three weeks and then went into a new 93gal. Doing fine. 10 gallon worked, did daily water changes as no filtration. Worked well, simple and safe for the fish.

That's great it worked well;

How much daily water change of the 10 gal with no filtration did you do for those 3 weeks?
