CO2 Scrubber and it's Effects on Air Flow

Just got a CO2 scrubber from BulkReefSupply, very easy to install and good quality, and I'm courious about the air flow reduction. I have a RO skimmer and it has the PSK 1000 pump that requires between 10/15 lpm, liters per minute, of air. I think before mine was at 12lpm and after I hooked up the scrubber it's hanging around 6/7lpm. To me this seems like it would have a negative effect on the skimmer production. What are your thoughts.

So I took off the elbow on the inlet side of the reactor and replaced the elbow on the other side to a 3/8"ID and replaced the tubbing all the way to the venturi on the skimmer and now my Air Flow Meter is showing 10lpm and my PH is at 8.31 from 8. Awesome.
