CO2 Scrubber Placed Outside (during winter)

Wondering if anyone has experience with hooking up their co2 scrubber outside...especially during winter months. It's an enclosed balcony covered on 3 of 4 sides so I'm not worried about wind, snow or rain...mostly curious if the extreme temperatures can affect the performance of the media.

How cold does it get? I'd probably be more worried about the acrylic.
