I was looking for a source to pick up coarse filter blocks, not pads. I need some that are 4 inch by 3 inch and length doesn't really matter. Even if they are a standard size like 12 inches wide by 3 or 4 inches thick, I can cut them down to size. I searched here and Google and couldn't find a source so I'm hoping one of you may have an idea for making their own filter pads.

For reference, I'm looking to place this in the overflow pump chamber of my jbj 28.

Kind of. I'm looking for a foam block, 3 inch by 4 inch and about 4 inches thick to put in my return pump chamber of my aio overflow. I think that red sea has them in all their max line tanks.

Yeah, I tried that initially but since there is nothing holding the foam in place from underneath (it is wedged in place so the sides hold it), it would fold or turn to the side and not filter anything :( saw the setup on my friends red sea max and realized it was a much better solution
