I'm looking to set up a mixing station for my 4 saltwater tanks. I have a 125, 108, 75 and 30 gallon tanks. With this much volume, I want to get bigger storage tanks ( I'm currently using a 55 gallon brute barrel). I see a lot of you guys use the white 65 gallon storage tanks and that's what I want to use, but they are very expensive to ship,, and no one locally has them for sale

Oops, accidently posted before I was finished typing lol.

Anyways, I saw these barrels that are green, collapsible, and are much cheaper.

My question is, has anyone ever used these for mixing?
Are these safe for saltwater?
Any input would be appreciated

Thank you much

I did see that people were selling blue plastic barrels for cheap, but I was sure if I could add bulk heads by drilling my own holes for plumbing?

I’m in Rochester NY. I found a guy on Craigslist that has white food grade barrels for $20 each. I’m prolly gonna go with those. Now I just gotta research the best way to plumb it all up
