The numbers in the video represent how much voltage is being sent to the drivers.

this way you can tune in 12k, 14k, 20k etc.

Yeah the meanwell 60-48 dimmable drivers need 10 volts to run full power it has 2 wires that hook to a 10v source or lower the lower the voltage the dimmer they get.... They won't fire without a constant source of voltage ie wallwart power supply, apex etc.... My apex dims my unit by sending a signal to the drivers it ranges from 1 to 10v... 10v being 100 percent....even a 9v battery works great for testing them...;)

You can also use dummy outlets to create custom settings with the Apex. I have mine setup to do 10,000K, 14,000K and 20,000K lighting :)

another great reason to change over to leds, just waiting a little longer before i jump on board with leds to see more long term usage from them
