Hi this showed up in less than 12 hours. Citron goby is breathing heavy and has tiny dots (maybe white) scattered around his body and 2 tubelike stringy protrusions. These r the same color as his 'skin' but It looks more like a skin tag than a parasite. He's still eating ok, but seems like so than normal. White ich?

These appear to be flukes and will affect breathing and eating. You can try to give it a 5 minute freshwater bath in water the same temperature as display tank. Treatment will be in a quarantine tank using PraziPro for 8 consective day interval, change water and one more 8 day interval. Increase oxygen via air stone and monitoer ammonia levels during treatment
Some signs will be heavier breathing, scratching or darting, loss of appetite

Tough to see in the photo. Ich usually doesn't cause rapid breathing until the infection is quite advanced. What other fish are in with it? Do they show any symptoms? It's unlikely to be flukes unless you missed the early symptoms because flukes take days to weeks to grow in population. Protozoans like ich and velvet show up faster.

Clownfish who's been twitching his head as of last night and watchman goby. Clown also looks like he may have a dark patch on his white stripe. And what throws me off is the white dots while also having 2/3 spots that look like 1mm tube worms that r the same color as his skin. One is outside his eye, other on fin. And a week ago he has a few blanched spots that seemed to just go away, don't know if related

I guess given the twitching clownfish, I'd dose with Prazipro for flukes. I'm not 100% sure that's what it is, but Prazipro can be dosed right in your main tank (add extra aeration, and dose it 8 or 9 days apart). The clownfish dark patch sounds like this mystery:
