Communication error on PH probe

I cannot seem top get my PH probe to calibrate. Every time that I go through the calibration process I get a message at the top of the screen that is highlighted in pink that says "Communication Error". The probe is reading low, off by quite a bit when I compare to my testing kit.
I looked on the Neptune forum and could not find anything.
Anyone else have this issue??
