Compatibility of Melanurus Wrasse

I am looking at getting a Melanurus Wrasse for one of my tanks, one has a Falco Hawk and the other has a pink streaked wrasse, would the Melanurus be ok with either of these fish?

I would think so. I always use an acclimation box to be on the safe side. After 3 days of no aggression, you can let the new fish out. For the melanarus, just be sure to put a small container of sand in the acclimation box so it had somewhere to sleep as they are sand sleepers.

Agree start it in an acclimation box with sand. After a day or two and no signs of aggression open the door to let it out. Be prepared if aggression starts to catch the aggressor and add him into acclimation box. It’s how I got two melanurus to coexist together. They were fine for a week or two then they weren’t. After a 2 day time out they’ve been fine for 4 months now.
