Complete setup for sale

I have a 40 cube oceanic for sale. Asking $300 for tank, 20 gallon sump, eshopps 800 overflow, plumbing,return pump, skimmer,most live rock, and some coral. Also will be selling the kessil a150w lights with gooseneck for $175 each. One is 15k and the other is 10k. Will post up pics later.
