Conch eggs or sand critter?

Anybody know what this is in my sand?

Tank is has been fallow for month and a half after ich, learned my lesson.

Have two conch, tuebo snail, misc snails, scarlet shrimp in the tank.

Conch seems to hang out close to this thing, about the size of a quarter

Looks like strands of eggs. My sea hare used to lay similar egg strands every few weeks.
