I am thinking off adding a Bubble Tip to my red sea s1000. I currently have a condylactis and a mini max carpet anemone. I feel 3 is not too much but wanted your thought. My fire clownfish loves the condylactis.

Unless you overfeed anemones, they add little bio-load to the system. Go for three.
 
I think it is a risk, namely that the nems will kill each other (either bump into each other or engage in "chemical warfare"). That said, if they have enough space and you run carbon (recommended for that aforementioned chemical warfare), it may work out.
 
In that size of a tank they can co exist with no problem
