I have a MP40 dry side, but do not have a driver. I was curious if it is possible to directly connect a Vortech dry side to the Neptune Apex without a driver?

Maybe. So if you open up the driver, the dry side is connected with a bracket. If you completely remove the driver (bracket) will it connect directly to the apex?

Wetside - dryside - driver - power supply - plugged into outlet. Outlet can be into a standard wall outlet or an energy bar outlet. Latter only gives you on/off control. If you are asking whether you can remove the driver and directly connect the wire from the wetside to the energy bar ... that’s a no.
