Contacting support for Red Sea

I have email Red Sea Support two times and called and left messages two time all within a week. Have not gotten any response or even talked to a live person always had to leave message. What is a different way of contacting them? I have a Reef Led light the the power supply melted and need it replaced.

I use the Red Sea support form to fill out a support ticket. They typically get back to me within 24-48 hours. They have been excellent with warranty support as well as spare parts.
