Control center not downloading

As the title says im having problems loading the gcc from the downloads page on the ghl websit. Download keeps getting interruped. It also says windows cannot open the folder.

Is there another way to set up wifi without having to download GCC onto notebook and hookup the usb cord?
I have been able to connect my phone to the internal local wifi on the doser. But the app becomes unresponsive or it loses contact.
Can someone show me where im missing it?

It's a common problem with their servers. I sadly recently purged the old executable, otherwise I'd share it to you via Dropbox. Someone will likely reply with an alternative location. I just tried downloading and it's downloading at a snail's pace. Should it successfully complete, I'll post a dropbox link.

EDIT: My d/l also failed.

Yes it was about an18 minute download. I tried 5 or 6 times and only got about half way each time

Thanks Ill give it a try tonight.
But I believe those are the 2 links I tried. Is that the same V1.1.1.3 as the the one in the picture above?

The downloads site is our corp site, hosted in Germany. We've seen some occasional issues with downloads, it appears the web hosts has a bad network peer that's very congested, going back to several US networks. While some folks are having the issue, others are not ... same time.

The link above is hosted in my dropbox, same file, different network.
