Hi everyone! I am looking to upgrade my gyres to something more controllable and I wanted to go for the AI orbits. My question is: how controllable are they really?

What I would like to do is develop currents in my tank—have one gyre on for about 30 minutes, then the other switch on for 30 minutes and I would like that the go back and fourth throughout the day. Would that be possible through the mobius app?

You'd have to spend a little time in the app to set up all the switching back and forth, but I'd think you can set that up with no real issue.
