I built a controller board for my mixing station because all the cords were such an eyesore on top of the tanks. They also got in the way when I added salt to the Saltwater tank on the left or Remineraliz to the Discus water tank on the right. Also, if the tanks flooded the cords would be sitting in water and the controllers would get wet as the water came down the side of the tanks. (The controllers were previously attached to the front of the tanks.)

It was easy to hide the cords on the shelf behind my supplies.

I'm really pleased with it.

(Each tank holds 110 gallons. The RO/DI tank is in the middle.)
