Can anyone tell me what these spots are? My local fish store WWC in Orlando wasn’t even sure. No other fish has, the convict eats and shows no signs of distress. FOWLR tank, water values on point, no other issues. I don’t know what these spots are! Help please

Are the lesions on both sides or just the left?
We see similar smaller lesions in the white stripes of some clownfish, so there may be a connection in that the white skin allows these to show through better. Trouble is, I don’t know what causes this in clownfish. It doesn’t seem to be an acute issue. A few people reported that their affected clowns died, but that could be unrelated to the lesions…

When I got my convict, it first did this also and I suspected it was something viral or even pancreatic. In turn , I changed water which I rarely do and continued good diet and it recovered. The fellow that ordered a convict also had the same thing and the fish ate fine then shut down with eating and died. It represented fingerprint effect in better terms.
