Cool idea I wanted to share

After a trip to Bermuda last summer we came home with a few pounds of the famous pink sand...which isn't too pink after it dries!

We decided to redo one of the bathrooms (Ocean theme of course) and we saw this somewhere and decided to give it a try...hope you enjoy!

thats neat. better put you some apoxy on the shells, if like here at my house with kids they will get knocked off

I used Elmers to keep the sand on, and super glue gel for the shells! No kids yet...but soon!

Cool idea. We recently redid our main bathroom with an oceanic theme. That would be a nice added touch.

neat! tell me, when you turn on/off the switch, do you end up knocking sand off, or is the sand on there good.
