My chaeto is finally growing well in my refugium and I plan to add some copapods to live in my refugium, will they automatically make there way into the display tank and do most fish eat them ?
I plan to eventually get a mandarin goby but wonder if watchman gobies and other fish eat the pods as well

Yes, if your fuge is connected to your DT they will migrate to it as well. A good way to determine your pod population in your DT is to let your glass start to get a bit dirty before you clean it. You should be able to see 100s of tiny white pods moving around on the glass.

I think almost every fish will eat pods, but I am not sure that they will hunt them and eat only them. My watchman goby's will bite at the glass. I can only assume they are eating pods. My wrasse will go after amphipods as well.
