Copperband butterfly advice?

Several weeks back I got a CBB from my LFS. It had already been quarantined and they said it was picking at frozen food, so I went and brought it home. Lucky for me, he eats very well and seems to be healthy. I've been feeding him a mix of thawed blood worms, chopped clam, and some mysis two to three times a day as much as it will eat. With this virus business I'm probably feeding him more often than that since I'm home all day.

So my question is, am I feeding the right foods and am I doing it often enough? They're obviously skinny fish to begin with, but I'm worried about him getting enough nutrition. He's a pretty cool fish and I want to make sure he thrives.

If you also have a CBB, feel free to share pics. I'd like to get an idea of what a healthy CBB that's been in captivity for a while looks like.
 
LRS Reef Frenzy is grade AAA food. If your LFS has some grab it and thank us all later. They also like live worms and clams on half shells. Feed what your fish can eat and do not over feed.
