COR20 Issue?

So I just tried to replace my old return pump with a new COR20. However after spending an hour I am still not able to get it to run. After plugging it in and hooked it up Iva USB, the status lights keeps flashing orange. I checked the manual and it says it’s due to Fallback being on and there is a communication issue. Okay so I will just use it without connecting to Apex then. It’s a return pump and I am not really going to play with the speed anyway. Nope, doesn’t work either! It runs for about 10 seconds then shuts off, then no matter what I do it doesn’t go back on. Even after unplugging it from the power bar then replicate it in, the issue persists. It’s 90 degrees here in Georgia and the hour spent in the garage trying to figure this out has not been fun
It’s a return pump for God’s sake... why do they have to make it so difficult....

And of course customer is off line. So after an hour I hooked the old pump on. Frustrating Sunday afternoon to say the least
