I ordered from @CoralsAnonymous and experienced nothing but issues. Customer service is was pretty much nonexistent. My 3 Bali blood carpet nems were delivered 2 days after the initial delivery date. Therefore of course they arrived DOA. Provided video upon receiving. The smell was horrendous. Was told about 1 week later that I voided the DOA policy because I discarded them nems. It took them a week to respond. So now I’m out of $187.

Update, after leaving a negative review on Facebook I realized that they blocked me . Guess that’s admission of guilt on their part. And with a BBB score of a B-, yelp score of 2.7, and Mapquest rating of 2.5, that should be enough warning for us all. We live and learn. Next time I’ll do more research before making large purchases.

Oh but I was offered a 15% off coupon for my next purchase. As if they think they will get another dime from me.
