Can I get some insight on how to truly does this stuff? Instruction just say spoonfulls. This is a ton of powder. Why are there levels on the spoon in ml? Is a spoonfull this whole thing?

Just use the spoon that's in the container and don't overfill it. When I dose Coral Balance, I take a 250ml sample of tank water and a spoonful, then press it up against the side of the container to flatten it out and add it to the sample. Shake it up really good and pour it in a high flow area. I've noticed that it won't dissolve completely, but this never proved to be an issue for the tank.

Gotcha. It just seems like so much to add. 2.5 spoons is half the dosage and its a ton. I did find that putting it in return section of sump worked best
