I get rare collection sites, but that still seems a bit too pricey. Plus I've seen DD and almost all of their "pairs" aren't even kept together, so you are just getting 2 fish.

I picked up a pair of Flame Hawkfish off DD and they would have had been caught as a pair. It would be nearly impossible to put two random Flame Hawks together peacefully.

You are also paying for the acclimation, treating, feeding, and observation of the fish to be sure they are top quality. I bought a Potters angel from DD and couldn't be happier. It was only $9 more than they go for at typical LFS, but without the ich.
