My clowns are the smallest fish in the tank @ about 1" and were the first to go in!
The CB is about 2.5" and everything was find for the first month or so...
Now the CB goes after the clowns...so much so, the clowns are almost edge of the tank!
I have a canopy so I'm not concern with them jumping out of the tank!

Mrs wants the CB out of the tank!

Should I:
  1. Remove and place in a separate tank for a few days then move back
  2. go to the LFS and get another CB
  3. or try my luck with another Dwarf Angels (Flame Angelfish or Flameback Angelfish)

How large is your tank?

I don't believe there should be any aggression between angels and clownfish, so this definitely sounds atypical. Many fish will become extremely territorial once they establish themselves in their tank, the chance for this increases with tanks that are smaller than recommended for the species, though ultimately YMMV depending on the individual fish.

In any case, I would separate the CB to maintain peace for your clowns.

Our CB is an ******* and nips at everyone even though he was added last to our FOWLR tank. Yesterday I had enough and put him in one of our QT and plan to trade him with our fish guy. My lovely wrasses cost a whole lot more than he did and it ticks me off that they have to hide from him because he thinks the whole tank is his.
