I want some help in making me understand why this is the way it is :)
You buy a coral ,, it is listed for sale ,, with a provision that the seller is not responsible for " Carrier Delays "
Why should the buyer have to take the brunt of the loss ,, the way I see it :) ,, the seller is selling a product ,,, it should be their responsibility to insure that it arrives alive and in good health ,, if not ,, they " should have to make " it good by replacing the coral or refund the money ,, if a second coral can't be sent ,,, I can understand the buyer should have to pay the second shipping cost ,, but to add this provision " Not responsible for Carrier Delays "
I know most sellers are on the up & up ,,, and will do what they can to send a replacement coral ,,, but at the end of the day ,, maybe its just me ,,, but I don't like this provision ,,, not one bit lol ,,, why put it all on me as the buyer ,,
