Is this a coral you are buying to clean before adding it to your tank? A tad confusedI am looking for an article that discusses new coral cleaning. Having a tough time. Any direction welcome
If new dry rock, Bleach and water mix works effectively but cold water rinse until smell gone. If live rock, place in container with water flow pump and heater and allow to circulate in the dark for 3 daysI am looking for an article that discusses new coral cleaning. Having a tough time. Dip it, and scrub what is exposed of the rock its on/skeleton. I always try and detach my frags from the rock/plug they're on, so I can glue them onto my scape, and reduce the risk of pests.
