Got this Acro online. Wasn’t shipped well. Supposed to be green and red. Any chance color will come back? I don’t see polyps. Maybe a few times I’ve seen one small one. Is it dead? It’s not bleached or white. Can’t tell to give up or see what happens. Been a few months. Other corals are doing well. Thanks. And that thing on the back at the bottom of the coral is a snail. Eating something off the frag plug. Almost looks like part of the coral

It could and should. Light and water flow play a part in recovery and their color come zooxanthelle that they generate from nutrients and lighting.

Thanks. I’m finally making sure he’s in a spot to get enough light and added wavemaker for better flow. Hope to see some nice colors come back. Glad there’s a chance.

It’s actually coming back to life. Even getting some color back. That first pic was under too much blue because it’s hard to tell it was 100% brown. Now it’s got some green and purple showing. I’m so excited. New enough to corals just to see I’m making something color back up instead of die is so amazing. I remember what this was. Pretty sure it was strawberry shortcake. Will see in a bit I guess. Hope this keeps up. Good to see so much work pay off. Little by little.
