I have only zoas and ricordea mushrooms and I only use CoralRx for initial dip,,, so far so good.
For algae, I've dipped zoas in H202 a few times with good results (((3% H202 mixed roughly 2:1 or 3:1 water:H202)))
Tried iodine from pharmacy (tea color mixed in saltwater) a couple of times but no idea if it helped anything (((since "devoured by chocolate chip star" is not likely on the list of what iodine would be good for)))
I don't QT corals,,, only fish and inverts,,, so waiting for that one to bite me some day but we'll see.
