Coral Disease?

this coral has been very irritated and is turning white and dying in one area. The polyps have been closed mainly. Has anyone seen anything like this? All other corals and fish are fine!

We'll need more details: Age of tank, lights, NO3, PO4, Alk, Calc, flow, etc.
Also, are those clove polyps or something else?

Looks similar. Mine was probably from high nutrients after overdosing carbon for a while. Things have settled down now after regular good husbandry
