Coral dying?

I have just seen that

Because the bottom half seems to be struggling to survive. Once the inside or bottom of birdsnest dies off I find algae and other pest stuff lives in the center of the colony on the dead branches and can cause issues by irritating the healthy flesh above it.

I just sae that this coral also starts to get white underneath...

I just made some frags of them.
Didn't get perfect cuts because i dont have the perfect tools. Do you think i need to move the rack because the wave pump is making a shadow?

Also ill send in my ati icp test tomorrow so ill know more about my parameters
