Well I have a gas leak in my house and I need it fixed so I'm selling my coral to get funds

Call them and tell them when the house blow up, the local media will be all over it. They are bluffing. also BS the the utility and say that you have contacted legal service to consult on this, and in the mean time this is a health hazard to you and your neighbors. If it is there gas they they have to fix it. I you are buy from a subcontractor they have to fix it.

Sorry if you have to sell. Any Plumber out there that can help

Yes eversource I have the guys number they did the plumbing I'll be in contact with him tomorrow i,just bought the house a couple weeks ago

Just do not give up, play hard ball with them. Again if it is a contractor then file a complainant with the state, and if you have a friend in the legal business ask them for a favor. You are not required to pay them again for faulty work. If they are a real company they are bonded and licensed. If you process they can lose all of that with a few phone calls to the right places and never work again. If the house is new, then call the builder, if the house is a resale the call the bank. I am not an attorney but what is happening your should be protected. If you have to sell then keep all records of the sales for reimbursement.

Thanks I'm gonna continue to fight with them and see where I get but it's getting cold fast so I can't be waiting around
