Looks like a Paly and yes they carry Paly toxin

Palythoa Grandis and these are known to be the more toxic ones out of all palys.

You'll have quite a while before you have a need to frag anyways. But make you take some proactive steps and it'll be ok. Invest in good gloves and goggles/facemask for instance.

There are some green and blueish mushrooms on that rock and in-between the two polyps. I think there's also some gsp on the same rock
