Hi,

My stepdaughter got this frag at the LFS. We’re not certain what it is.

Thanks!

hi favia imo

Goniopora or alveopora

I moved it down to the substrate this morning. I hadn’t thought my lighting was significantly more intense than the frag tank it came out of, but it looks a bit pale in some spots today. I don’t want to bleach it. Any other thoughts or suggestions? I’m not new to keeping corals, but I usually know ahead of time precisely what I’m getting so I can be prepared. Water parameters are all good. The only other thing I can think of is that it may disapprove of the change in KH. The LFS said theirs was 8.5, and mine tends to be closer to 10.
