I received this freebie coral with an order from Aqua SD[Thanks guys]. Could some one help me identify this so I can place it at the right light intensity and flow?

Put it in the water, let it settle in, take new pics.

I had emailed Aqua SD and they responded. It is Orange Leptastrea. Thanks everyone. Looks like a new coral to reefing but it is hardy according to some who have had it.
Leptastrea has been around much, much, much longer than reefkeeping itself lol.

Not new in the trade by any means.

That makes sense. If it was rare, it wouldn't be a freebie. Some articles I read mentioned that it is not commonly used in reef keeping.
If you simply google leptastrea theres about 4 sites on the first page that sell it.

You can then look at the coloration and price to determine if its a less common variety.

Vet and verify any and all sources of information in this hobby!
