I'm still learning so if you could explain why it's not a millepora? It looks to have the same polyp pattern and extensions? I love learning about corals!!

It’s not an SPS (Milli), because it doesn’t have a hard/rigid skeleton.

Millepora are hard sps corals. The polyps will extend similar to what is seen in the video, but the body/branches do not move with the water movement. This looks like some type of soft coral.

Something in the Eunicea genus, perhaps? Or finger leather?
