Acropora. If you are looking for an exact species or a designer name I can't help you with that, but it is definitely a nice healthy acropora that is pictured. Well done.

Sorry, can't help you with the designer name, but maybe try posting in the SPS forum. Some of those guys may be able to help you out with it. It is a nice looking piece no matter what it is called.
