It looks to be a Sarcophyton trocheliophorum. Cabbage Leathers generally don’t have stalks unlike the other Leather Genera.
 
Green toadstool leather sometimes referred to as crown leather. Fuzzy image makes it hard to pinpoint
 
Going with cabbage ,unless we see a better pic , here are some closed 12"x 12" colony pics

Doesn't look like Sarcophyton. Toadstools have polyps all over their their top, not just on the edges.

Looking at the photo it’s not completely open - I’ve had Sarcophyton close up and only have some polyps show.

Sarcophyton would not have only polyps on its edge open. Also, Sarcophyton's polyps are smaller and on stalks.
