Need help identifying this Coral and the problem with it and how to treat.

Looks like algae and other settling on the surface.
Lack of flow
Flowpot type corals can be a challenge.

It looks like a goniopora, can’t tell you what’s wrong with it, it’s got tissue recession and isn’t extending its polyps. Did you just get it?

I think i see 12 tentacles per polyp so it's an unhappy alveopora. If it's 24 it's a goni.
