Coral identification

Trying to find out what coral this is I just know it’s a soft coral.

A purple mat like that is likely Green Star Polyps (GSP) but it doesn't look happy/healthy. Is it alive? Usually you'll see little green "lashes" on stalks all over that mat like a see of grass:

I think that’s just purple “painted” rock.

I think OP is referring to that dark anemone

No worries, I thought the same on my phone so I couldn’t answer initially, until the first comment appeared and I zoomed in and thought “oh yea, there’s something there”
 
Pic not so clear but Looks like a duncan. But google for “majano anemone”. If it is a majano, it’s better to take it out
 
A better picture will really help, maybe you can move that purple rock out of the way for the picture
