Coral Life Biocube Lighting issue

My Coral Life 32 gallon BioCube lights are acting weird. In Phase 2 and 3 they work perfectly fine for long periods of time. But Phase 1 daylight setting (the brightest Phase) the lights will randomly shut off for about 3 seconds or so and then go back on. They stay on for about 5-10 minutes and then shut off again for about 3 seconds. Then they stay on again anywhere from 5-10 minutes and this cycle repeats for the duration the lights are on. has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on how to fix this or what the issue may be? I had a bad power supply causing issues, they were nice enough to send a replacement
