I'll try to be as succinct as possible.

Tank: Fluval 13 running for over 8 months
Livestock: 2 clowns, 1 goby, CUC (snails, crabs, conch), Sexy Shrimp, Peppermint Shrimp

Stock Light (Marine 3 on the way)
Hygger Mini-Wave Maker on the way

No skimmer.
No refugium.
Levels look good!

I already have the following:

Green Kenya Tree
Pulsing Xenia
Hammer
Duncan
Zoa
Rock Flower Anemone
Some unknown tree type of soft coral
Galaxia?

Where would you place the coral? Don't mind them being closed. I was in the process of blasting some detritus and sand off the rockscape with a bulb syringe.

What else would look good with the current rockscape? I know for sure I am getting more RFA.

Nothing is glued in and can be moved.
Ignore the extra shells, I saw the blue legs getting aggressive with each other and threw some empties in there.

This seems like a nearly impossible question - at least a couple of yours look a little shrunken. I would not change anything

To add - what are your parameters - Your corals do not look great? I'm not sure light is the issue? EDIT - why are you making the change>???? I would do nothing - and wait for the adaptation of your corals to this light first

Asking more in terms of ideal placement in terms of light / water flow.

I know the galaxia may not play nice so goal is placement in a corner.

If I'm seeing it correctly you have LPS at the top - this IMHO is not correct - However they do adapt - you were asking about a new system unless I misunderstood - I would lower all of them to the bottom/mid. the answer I guess is Don't change the light. if you do adjust it,
